- In accordance with Illinois state law, FlatLand Homes, LLC will upon seller's request:
1) Accept delivery of and present to the client all offers and counteroffers to buy, sell or lease the client’s property or the property the client seeks to purchase or lease;
2) Assist the client in developing, communicating, negotiating, and presenting offers, counteroffers and notices that relate to the offers and counteroffers until a lease or purchase agreement is signed and all contingencies are satisfied or waived; and
3) Answer the client’s questions relating to the offers, counteroffers, notices and contingencies.
PAYMENT:
Pay by check at the time of the listing (preferred) or pay by credit card or paypal in advance.
-Add 6 months to existing term for only $50.
-Add a second category listing in the MLS for $100 (ex. a rural property listed as both residential and farmette).

Complete only the fields you feel will help you sell your property. When you are finished, click on the preview listing button at the bottom of the page
to view your listing as it will appear on our site (we have to submit the information separately into the MLS). You will then have the opportunity to send the information to our servers.
NOTE:
Submitting your information helps speed up the process and allows you to control the way your listing is displayed on our site.
